Our exquisite venue offers breathtaking views of lush green farm fields and features a private swimming pool. What sets this property apart is the provision of two private bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and essential amenities. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your use. This home is tastefully decorated with modern interiors. The first floor has big balconies that allow plenty of light and fresh breeze in the Villa. As you get in, you find yourself in a big hall with a connected space for dining and kitchen. We have a big sofa set with a coffee table, a TV unit with a 43" large TV, console table, Dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchen further. Feel free to bring outside catering or cook your own meals in the fully-organised kitchen and even organise a small intimate event here. In the evening, pretty fairy lights adorn the outdoor space, creating a cosy ambiance for quality time with your loved ones. You'll find ample parking, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour caretaker. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, necessary electronics and all cookware & glassware. Every detail is meticulously crafted to ensure an unforgettable stay. Our villa is nestled in a peaceful enclave, surrounded by serene landscapes, yet conveniently located near the walled city. The Villa is located in right behind JNU Hospital, Jagatpura, Jaipur Guests can use the pool anytime during the day and a huge parking space to park their vehicles. Other things to note: The Villa is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything. However, If there's anything else still needed please contact the host. The airport is 20 minutes away. There is hot water in the bathroom 24*7. RULES :- -CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email if the caretaker is not around). -Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 1Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability. -GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility for your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces. -INCLUSIONS – 2bhk air conditioned villa, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Pool access. -Pets are allowed. -LOUD MUSIC– Not Allowed as there are neighbours around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. No Outdoor music allowed post 10 PM. -ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY– The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The villa is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. -Villa AMENITIES– Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge.
